黃金柱謝大才2019-09-052009-08-012019-09-052008http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0594043308%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/105364教師參與家庭日休閒活動動機及效益之研究 ---以新竹市為例 摘 要 本研究旨在探討新竹市中等學校教師參與家庭日休閒活動動機及效益。研究的結果將提供學校及教育當局改善或安排教師相關家庭休閒活動之規劃、設計、輔導方向與發展之參考。本研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為新竹市十五所,市立國、高中教師進行抽樣,研究工具為家庭日休閒活動參與動機及效益問卷量表,內容包含:休閒活動參與動機量表、休閒活動參與效益量表及受試者基本資料。調查期間共發放問卷470份,回收450份,其中有效問卷421份,有效問卷達89.5%。回收之有效樣本依研究目的及驗證假設之需,分別採用描述統計、項目分析、探索性因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、雪費爾事後比較等統計方法,進行資料處理,結果發現: 一、不同背景變項的人口統計特性: 本研究從調查結果中發現不同背景變項特徵在性別方面以女性居多;教育程度別方面以大專居多;生命週期方面以已婚子女在六歲以下居多;現任職務屬性方面以導師方面居多;任教年資屬性方面以6至10年居多。 二、受試者在家庭日休閒活動參與動機的特徵依得分高低為:人際互動、健康舒壓、自我成長及成就需求。 三、教師在家庭日休閒活動參與效益的特徵依得分高低為:社交效益、生理效益、心理效益及自我實現效益。 四、教師在家庭日休閒活動參與動機會因年齡及行政職務不同而有差異。 五、教師在家庭日休閒活動參與效益會因性別、家庭生命週期及任教年資及職務不同而有差異。 六、教師在休閒動機與休閒效益典型相關分析中發現:典型相關係數均達.05以上,各層面達顯著典型相關水準。 關鍵詞:休閒參與、休閒動機、休閒效益、家庭日The Motivations and the Effectiveness of Middle School Teachers while Participating the Recreation Activities on Family Day- A case study of Hsinchu City Abstract This survey study aims to examine the motivations and the effectiveness of the middle school teachers worked at Hsinchu City when they participated the ecreation activities on Family Day. The results of the study can be applied to the planning, designing, and guiding of the recreation activities of teachers for both the schools and education authorities. This study used a questionnaire survey and teachers of 15 middle school worked at Hsinchu City were included. The Family Day recreation Activity Motivation and Effectiveness Scale were used which included: Participation in Recreation Activity Motivation Scale, Participation in Recreation Activity Effectiveness Scale, and the basic information of the subjects involved. During the investigation, a total of 470 questionnaires were issued, 450 were returned, of which 421(89.5%) were valid questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, independent t-test, independent one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe Post Hoc Comparison were used and the results revealed that: First, the demographic characteristics of different background showed female gender was predominant and education level with tertiary education got the majority. Married teachers with children under six years old were in the majority; Tutor occupied most attributions of the current duties. Attribution of the years of service mostly was between 6 to 10 years. Second, the score grading of motivation of participating Family Day leisure activities from high to low were: personal interaction, healthy relieving pressure, self growth, and the demand for and achievement. Third, the score grading of effectiveness of participating Family Day recreation activities from high to low were: social benefits, physical benefits, psychological benefits, and the implementation benefits. Fourth, the variations of motivation of participating Family Day recreation activities correlated to the age and administrative positions. Fifth, the variations of effectiveness of participating Family Day recreation activities correlated to gender, family life cycle, years of service, and teaching duty. Last, the correlation analysis between motivation and effectiveness found the typical correlation coefficient reached more than .05 and the results suggested a significant positive correlation.
