李明芬Li, Ming-Fen王惠菁Wang, Hui-Ching2023-12-082026-10-162023-12-082023https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/84d0b763039564853962d68372990c1b/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/119711美國疾病控制與預防局(CDC)的研究報告中,所指出童年創傷者的情緒反應,致使我們常常有著沒來由的憤怒、悲傷、難過、害怕等負面情緒,童年創傷對未來的影響甚遠,童年創傷事件會影響青春期和成年人的身體健康、心理問題,導致教育、工作機會和經濟收入都有重大負面影響。本研究主要探討生命歷程中童年創傷對成年人的影響,增加對創傷行為的理解,認知原生家庭對兒童發展的重大影響,以及探討如何從童年創傷中療癒自己的過程,透過成長團體的陪伴,當事人進而敘說生命故事的過程,看見自己生命新(心)的方向。本研究方法採質性敘說探究,透過深度訪談與家族排列現象學的觀察以及及受訪者的書寫進行研究。邀約三位受訪者利用生命歷程圖為起點的生命歷程敘說,再透過深度對話形成故事文本以及觀察紀錄,由三位受訪者敘說生命經驗,透過家族系統排列方式,重回童年創傷,再次建構對童年創傷經驗的理解與發現,使童年創傷者看見創傷是可以和解,並且改變自己不再複製童年創傷,成為有能力掌握自己的命運的人。在不斷地透過對話、看見真相,面對、接受的過程,回到愛的本質,在接納、臣服中回到自己的位置,迎向自己新的人生。研究結果發現,面對自己的的童年創傷才能解開心中的傷痕,回歸自己的序位就能找到心的歸屬。透過學習走出生命幽谷,幽谷即是生命的轉折處,在生活中將所學實踐並反思。研究最後並提出建議,不但建議每個人都需要有機會參加成長學習支持性團體之外,也希望每個人都能勇敢面對內在糾纏,同時也對教育相關工作人員提出建議。The US Disease Control and Prevention Agency (CDC) research report, pointed out that the emotional reactions of childhood trauma people, so that we often have unexplained anger, sadness, sadness, fear and other negative emotions, childhood trauma has a far impact on the future, childhood traumatic events will affect adolescence and adult physical health, psychological problems, resulting in education, job opportunities and economic income have a significant negative impact. This research mainly explores the impact of childhood trauma on adults in the life course, increases the understanding of traumatic behavior, recognizes the significant impact of the original family on children's development, and explores how to heal oneself from childhood trauma. This research method adopts qualitative narrative inquiry, through in-depth interviews, observation of phenomenology of family permutation, and writing by interviewees. The three interviewees were invited to use the life course map as the starting point to narrate the life course, and then form the story text and observation record through in-depth dialogue, and the three interviewees narrated their life experience, throughthe family system arrangement, returned to childhood trauma, and reconstructed the understanding and discovery of childhood trauma experience, so that childhood traumatists can see that trauma can be reconciled, and change themselves to no longer replicate childhood trauma, and become people who have the ability to control their own destiny. In the process of constantly seeing the truth through dialogue, facing and accepting, returning to the essence of love, returning to one's own position in acceptance and surrender, and facing one's new life. The results of the study found that only by facing one's own childhood trauma can the scars in the heart be solved, and returning to one's own order can find the belonging of the heart. Through learning to get out of the valley of life, the valley is the turning point of life, and we will put what we have learned into practice and reflect on in life.
