The framework consists of central local resources, distributed faculty collections, and external resources. Standards and guidelines for digital preservation and access are also discussed. The pilot collections were multi-disciplinary resources in Middle East art and architecture and faculty slide collections in East Asian religions and Asian art history. Technical and management issues of integrating digital technology in the traditional slide library are also discussed.Digital images35mm slidesLiberal arts collegeAsian religionsAsian art historyDigital Image Collections for Asian Religion and Art History in a Small-Sized Liberal Arts College
