鄭志富Cheng, Chih-Fu黃柏勳HUANG, Po-Hsun2022-06-082026-08-312022-06-082021https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/9b467ddd70e0bd78e4647acd04f0c2ff/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/117732本研究目的在探究高中橄欖球運動員的樣本結構分析,高中橄欖球運動員知覺教練仁慈領導、組織公民行為與團隊凝聚力之現況,和三個變數之間相互影響關聯性,以及仁慈領導是否透過團隊凝聚力的中介機制,進而影響組織公民行為。以全國高中橄欖球運動員為研究對象進行紙本問卷調查,於3月10日至3月30日期間發放233份問卷,共收回216份有效問卷,回收率達93%,以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、階層迴歸分析執行資料分析與處理,研究發現如下:性別以男性為居多,高中橄欖球運動員年齡多集中在15~18歲之間,年級高一為最多數,64%運動員從事專長訓練3年以上,與教練相處為0~1年最多,每週訓練5天至6天為多數,每天訓練2~4小時最多。二、高中橄欖球運動員知覺教練仁慈領導、組織公民行為與團隊凝聚力三者之間評價為「同意」到「非常同意」之間,顯示高中橄欖球運動員在此三方面感受程度良好。三、仁慈領導、組織公民行為與團隊凝聚力之間呈現正相關,顯示三者之間具有顯著關聯性,說明當教練展現更多的仁慈領導會顯著提升高中橄欖球運動員的組織公民行為和團隊凝聚力,而高中橄欖球運動員的團隊凝聚力越高而產生更多的組織公民行為。四、高中橄欖球運動員知覺教練仁慈領導和組織公民行為會受到團隊凝聚力之部分中介影響。顯示教練平時的仁慈行為會使得高中橄欖球運動員的團隊凝聚力的提升,進而增加產生組織公民行為。基於上述研究結果,高中橄欖球運動員知覺教練仁慈領導與組織公民行為的影響歷程屬於個體之心理感受程度,無法僅用單一對象運動員資料來瞭解全方面感受,建議未來研究可增加其他研究對象,像是教練的層面的感受程度,可更加瞭解相互的影響歷程。This study aims to explore the sample structure analysis of rugby players in senior high schools, and three variables are how they perceived their coaches' benevolent behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors, and the status quo of team cohesion. A total of 233 questionnaires were distributed between March 10th and 30th, of which 216 turned out to be valid. The collected data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Pearson Product-moment Correlation, and Hierarchical Regression Analysis. Based on the statistical analysis, the researcher concluded that: (1) the subjects are mostly males, aged between 15 and 18, many of which are in their freshman year in high schools. Subjects, accounting for 64%, have been training over 3 years, and working with coaches below 1 year. They get training 5-6 days a week, 2-4 hours a day. (2) In terms of all three variables, the responses fall between"Agree" and "Strongly Agree", indicating that rugby players have great perceptions in these three aspects. (3) Positive correlation is shown among benevolent behaviors, organizational citizenship behaviors, and team cohesion, which means the correlation turns out to be significant. This also implies that if coaches exert benevolent leadership more significantly, organizational citizenship behaviors and team cohesion can be enhanced and the higher team cohesion in senior high's rugby players, themore organizational citizenship behaviors will be. (4) Team cohesion playing as the partial mediating role affects senior high's rugby players perceiving coaches' benevolent behaviors and organizational citizenship behaviors, indicating that coaches showing their benevolent behaviors in the interaction with senior high's rugby players will boost team cohesion, and further increase organizational citizenship behaviors. Results show that how senior high's rugby players perceived their coaches' benevolent behaviors and the influence of organizational citizenship behaviors are inclined to be individually mental perception.The researcher finds that taking sports players as a single subject cannot provide comprehensive perspectives in research. In consequence, more subjects can be included in future research, such as the perception of coaches, for understanding the influence between them and sports players.
