潘裕豐PAN, YU-FENG蘇聿岐Su, Yuh-Chyi2019-08-282015-11-012019-08-282015http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0500091305%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/91387本研究旨在瞭解新北市國中特教組長與曾任特教組長工作壓力與工作效能感之關係,並比較不同背景變項之現任特教組長與曾任特教組長,其工作壓力與工作效能感。 本研究係採用問卷調查法,以新北市76間國中之現任與歷任特教組長為研究對象,回收與剔除無效問卷後,以103學年度國中48位現任特教組長與73位歷任特教組長做為正式研究對象,並參考相關文獻確認本研究架構,並使用黃國龍所編製「高職綜合職能科特教組長工作壓力與因應策略之研究調查問卷」以及李育枝所編製「大學校院學生事務人員組織學習與工作效能問卷」,作為本研究之工具,所得資料分別以單一樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行資料分析,茲將結果分述如下: 一、新北市現任與歷任特教組長感受壓力程度為中上程度。 二、就工作壓力而言,特教組長在不同教育程度上有顯著差異;在不同性別、年齡、任教年資、現職及學校規模上則無顯著差異 三、就工作效能而言,不同工作壓力程度的特教組長有顯著差異。 四、特教組長工作壓力中的「專業知能壓力」對工作效能解釋力達 23.1%。 關鍵字:國中特教組長、工作壓力、工作效能感The purpose of the study is to understand the job stress and job effectiveness about the section chief of special education in junior high school. The effective questionnaires of the former have 48 forms and the latter have 73 forms except invalid questionnaires. Furthermore, the author consults some research to confirm this study framework, the questionnaire used in this study was Lee Yu-Chih designed “Questionnaire of College Student Affairs Staff’s Organizational Learning and Job Self-efficacy.” And Huang Guo-Long designed” The questionnaire of the working pressure and coping strategies of the section chief of special education in vocational high school”. The study is analyzed with single sample t-tes, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, etc. The following are the results: 1. The pressure sensitivity to section chief of special education in junior high school is above average. 2. About whole job stress and professional skill, section chiefs of special education in junior high school who graduate in different schooling stages scale have significant difference. 3. As job effectiveness, different jobs stress section chiefs of special education in vocational high school who are in different stress level have significant difference. 4. The professional skill to section chief of special education in junior high school could predict 23.1% variance of job effectiveness.
