Sundae and Yappy express their self-identity through Hakka rap songs, tell the problems of the Hakka music field in different ways, and respond to social stereotypes. The study preliminarily explores how the two rappers use the characteristics of Hakka language to create, and constructs Hakka rap as a musical genre. This study adopts a cultural studies approach. The researcher collects, analyzes and observes Sundae and Yappy’ s performance activities, music works and images presented on social media, so as to expand the field of the research object. In addition, the researcher uses the in-depth interview method to understand the creative ideas and production mechanism of the singers, and adopts the concept of Bourdieu's field theory to understand the relationship between the singers and the fields. The study found that Sundae and Yappy are in different creative fields, which is related to the period of creation. As far as Sundae is concerned, the Hakka music field is a stage, but it is also limited by the framework of Hakka pop music and the production mechanism of the Hakka Affairs Council, which makes him want to seek new ways of development; on the other hand, although Yappy’ s works have gradually become mainstream due to the talent show《THE RAPPERS》, he has changed his works and personal image as he gains more opportunities.Sundae and Yappy both incorporate elements of UK Drill in their outfits, but present different temperaments; they use Hakka language to create unique rap aesthetics, and their music also reflect their own thoughts and feelings in Hakka or mainstream society.客家饒舌台饒客家流行音樂聖代YappyHakka RapTaiwan RapHakka Popular MusicSundaeYappy另類客家音樂表達: 「後生人」饒舌音樂人的創作場域與認同政治Expressing Alternative Hakka Music:The Creative Fields and Identity Politics of Two Young Rap Artists of Hakka Descentetd
