陳杏容Chen, Hsing-Jung張文馨Chang, Wen-Hsin2023-12-082022-09-272023-12-082022https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/f05b245a63f0e9610854a6d1e1d41acb/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/118983本研究旨在探討精神障礙學生的大學校園生活經驗,研究目的主要為瞭解精神障礙大學生遇到的困難、因應方式與支持資源,並根據研究結果提供建議。本文採質性研究方法,以深度訪談法進行資料蒐集,共訪談11位精神障礙大學生。研究結果: 精神障礙大學生大多是主動升學,並嚮往能在大學唸書過程中自由安排生活,而家人態度也是傾向支持升學。精神障礙大學生進入大學後,會與學校、老師以及同學產生很多的連結,同時精神障礙大學生也會打工、參與社團或是有其他休閒活動等,但精神障礙大學生會因身心狀況不佳影響課堂出席率或是退出打工與社團。精神障礙大學生會面臨疾病診斷就醫、制式課業要求規範、心理諮商服務需求不足與人際議題的困難,當中他們會發展出面對困難的因應方式,以及從中逐步建立起支持系統。 研究建議: 一、對精神障礙大學生的建議:尋求專業人員的協助 二、對非正式單位支持系統的建議:學習如何與精神障礙者正確地相處 三、對學校的建議:提供社交技巧的訓練、提供精神疾病知識的培訓 關鍵字:精神障礙者、大學經驗The purpose of this study is to explore and discuss the living experience on campus at the university students living with mental health problems, and also want to understand the difficulties they encountered, the way of corresponding solutions, the supportive resource, and finally to provide the suggestion based on the outcome of the research. The study applied the method of qualitative research and collected the information through in-depth interviews; a totally of 11 students with mental health problems took the interviewThe result of this study:Most students with mental mental health problems are aggressively going for higher education, and they expect to freely arrange their living in the process when studying in the university, the family’s attitude is also intended to be supportive for the student to continue the higher education.When a student with mental health problems enters the university, they will have many connections with the school. teachers and classmates. Simultaneously would also work part-time, and participate in the club or some other recreational activities, but these students would probably have some problems with their attendance to class or drop out from the part-time work and the club activity due to the bad physical and psychological conditionThe student with mental health problems may encounter is the diagnosis of the illness when they don't feel well, the required regulation for the typical class, poor psychological counseling service, and difficulty in interpersonal relationships. They will develop the method to react when facing difficulties during the process and also gradually establish a support system. The suggestion from the research: 1.The suggestion for the student with mental health problems: to look for a professional person for help 2. The suggestion for the supportive systems in the informal unit: to learn how to correctly deal with a person with mental health problems3.
