林伯修Lin, Po-Hsiu吳宏政Wu, Hung-Jeng2019-09-052016-08-092019-09-052016http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060031026A%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107243本研究是利用使用後評估（Post-Occupancy Evaluation, POE）法與環境行為（Environment Behavior, E-B）模式分析10個行政區的社區運動中心籃球場使用者與環境空間之問題，透過訪談19位各中心工作者與使用者的意見，研究結果發現10座運動中心籃球場，分別在設計上和管理上需要進一步改進的問題。在設計方面，主要有空間重疊（包括場地共用、兩或多場地間的間隔空間過小）、球場週邊緩衝區不足、地板材質不佳（如PU地板）、標線複雜、空調設計不良，以及照明設備不佳等六大問題。而在管理方面，則有場地設施（如地板過滑、標線掉漆、建材老舊等）的維護、盥洗室數量太少，及人力式籃球架的不便等三大項。整體來說，工作者與使用者在環境行為與使用後評估兩方面上的考量點大致相同，只有因角色的差異而提出不同的期望改善項目。本研究未來希望能提供各運動中心管理階層和設計者在未來藍圖規劃修正和管理方面的參考資訊。This research use Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) and Environment Behavior (E-B) to analyze users and basketball court conditions of 10 basketball courts in regional community sports centers, through interviews with 19 of the centers’ workers and user feedback. This research shows that all 10 sports center basketball courts need further improvement in both design and management. In terms of design, the issues are overlapping space (including shared space, too narrow spacing between adjacent courts), lack of buffer zones, poor flooring materials (such as PU materials), markings are complex, poor air conditioning design and poor lighting equipment. In terms of management, problems include venue facilities maintenance such as slippery floor, chipped marking paint, aged building materials, insufficient bathrooms, and portable basketball stands which are inconvenient to use. Overall, both workers and users share the same viewpoints in environment behavior and post-occupancy evaluation. The reason they propose different improvement project is due to different roles and expectations.
