闕月清Nyit-Chin Keh李惠玲Hui-Ling Lee2019-09-052016-1-272019-09-052011http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0097312105%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107527本研究之目的在於探討參與者之課程續報行為對身體活動行為及知覺的影響,同時瞭解具參與健身運動課程續報行為之參與者對指導者課堂行為之主觀知覺。本研究以臺灣師範大學的教職員工運動課程為研究範圍,針對參與99學年度第一學期課程(2010年9月至12月)的128名教職員工為研究對象,以「職場員工運動行為問卷」調查課程參與者的身體活動行為與知覺;並從2005年9月至2010年12月期間的課程參與者名單中,選取7名具高課程續報紀錄的學校教職員工進行個別訪談。訪談之文字資料採內容分析法,透過彙整、編碼與分類,進行歸納與分析;量化資料以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、t考驗進行處理與分析。研究結果顯示:一、具高續報紀錄者的身體活動行為改變階段處於較後期,健身運動課程以外的身體活動量較高,且有較高的利益知覺與自我效能,及較低的障礙知覺。二、具高續報紀錄者對指導者的期待以教學能力為主,指導者的教學能力對課程參與者的上課意願影響很大。The purpose of this study was to explore the subjective perception of exercise program participants with re-register behaviors to the instructors’ behaviors in class, and the effect of participants’ re-register behaviors on physical activity behaviors and perception. The scope of this research was based on the faculty and staffs’ exercise program in National Taiwan Normal University. The participants were 128 members of staff in 99 school year, first semester exercise program (from September to December, 2010). Physical activity behaviors and perception questionnaires were administered to the participants. Seven school staffs with high re-register records from September 2005 to December 2010 were sampled for individual interviews. The qualitative data were analyzed through transcription, coding, and classification with content analysis method. The quantitative data were processed and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and t-test. The results indicated that: (1) The change stage of physical activity behavior for participants with high re-register records was in the later stage, and the ones had more physical activities besides exercise program, higher perceived benefit and self-efficacy, and lower barriers to perception; (2) Participants with high re-register records had high expection to instructors' good teaching ability which had a great influence on the course participants' willingness for participating.健身運動課程指導者課堂行為續報行為行為改變階段exercise programinstructor’s class behaviorre-register behaviorstages of behavior changing參與健身運動課程對身體活動行為改變之影響The Effect of Exercise Program Participation on Physical Activity Behavior Changing
