The subjects were the first and second grade students of the junior colleges in Taiwan. Using stratified proportional sampling with self-administered questionnaires, 515 respondents were chosen into the research and filled out the questionnaires three times with the response rate of 78.0%. The data was analyzed with the descriptive statistics, paired-t test, chi-square, discriminant analysis, logistic regression, and general linear model. The results showed that 36.1%of them exercised regularly three times. Exercise self-efficacy and social support of exercise significantly discriminated the change of physical activity between the first and third time. Grade, general social support and exercise self-efficacy predicted maintaining regular exercise within one and half years. Exercise self-efficacy of the first time significantly predicted the amount of time of physical activity one and half years later.身體活動改變社會支持青春期學生運動自我效能臺灣the change of physical activitysocial supportthe adolescentexercise self-efficacyTaiwan青春期學生社會支持、運動自我效能與身體活動改變之縱貫性研究A longitudinal study on Social support, Exercise self-efficacy and the change of physical activity of the students in adolescence
