朱文增Chu, Wen-Tseng周慶和Chou, Ching-Ho2019-09-052008-8-12019-09-052007http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0094132101%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/107452本研究主要目的在探討臺北市公立國小、國中、高中(職)學校人事人員休閒參與及休閒阻礙之現況,不同背景變項在休閒參與、休閒阻礙是否有顯著差異及休閒參與與休閒阻礙之相關情形。本研究對象為臺北市95學年度230所公立學校編制內之人事人員,並以隨機抽樣進行問卷調查。共發出正式問卷280份,回收有效樣本數264份,有效回收率94.3%。回收問卷資料以項目分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等方法進行統計分析。根據研究結果歸納結論如下: 一、臺北市公立學校人事人員之休閒參與現況整體參與頻率偏低,最常參與休閒活動類型為大眾媒體活動,最常參與的休閒活動前三項依序為看報紙、聽音樂廣播、打電腦、上網。在休閒阻礙之現況上,阻礙類型以結構性所受阻礙影響最大,休閒時最受阻礙因素前三項依序為有其他責任在身、家人的影響、場所太擁擠。 二、不同人口統計變項之人事人員對休閒參與,未因年齡、職務、職稱、服務學校人事年資、教育程度、學校類型而有差異。其餘包括性別、婚姻狀況、服務學校教職員人數等三變項,均達顯著差異。 三、不同人口統計變項之人事人員對休閒阻礙,未因性別、年齡、職務、職稱、服務學校人事年資、教育程度、婚姻狀況、學校類型、服務學校教職員人數而有差異性。 四、臺北市公立學校人事人員的休閒參與與休閒阻礙呈正相關,但並不顯著。 根據本研究結果,提供人事主管機關、教育主管機關、學校行政單位,制定政策時參考並提供人事人員休閒參與時及後續研究者之參考。The purpose of the study was to explore if there exists a significant difference between leisure participation and leisure constraints in personnel of public primary school, junior middle school, high school of Taipei (The duty) School. The research tool was a questionnaire. Using random sampling, 264 individuals (personnel who worked in Taipei 230 public schools in 95 academic years) had been sampled. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. The results were founded as the following: 1.Participate in the present situation and participate in frequency on the low side in recreation of the personnel of provided school in Taipei. The top three leisure activities of the sample were: 1.read newspaper, 2.listen to music radio, 3.use computer and surfs the net. In leisure constraints, the most influential was the structural constraint. The top three factors of constraints were: 1.there was another duty 2.the influence from family 3.the places too crowded. 2.There were not significant differences in leisure activities participation with different ages, personnel and the position, professional title, education degree, marital status, school type. There were significant differences in leisure activities participation with different sex, marital status, and staff's number of the service school. 3.There were not significant differences in leisure constraints with different sex, age, personnel and the position, professional title, service seniority of the service school personnel, education degree, marital status, school type, and staff’s number of the service school. 4.The relationship between the leisure participation and constraints was reciprocal effect but not positive.
