林振興Lin, Zhen-Xing戴元婷Agnes Veny2020-10-192021-09-152020-10-192020http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060585013I%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/109969臺灣自1992年起開始正式引進外籍移工來臺灣工作,改善了勞力密集產業的缺工狀況,也改變了臺灣社會的族群面貌。根據勞動部在2020年5月底的統計,全臺灣的外籍移工數量有70萬餘人,而這個數字還在不斷成長中。但是目前市面上針對外籍移工之華語教材仍然供不應求,現有的教材主要的內容多偏向日常生活用語、職場用語等,缺乏了以文化知識為內容的部分。近幾年,隨著新南向政策的發展使文化交流越來越重要。同時,跨文化的議題逐漸被重視。筆者認為這些來到臺灣工作的外籍移工在一個文化背景、生活習慣等與自己國家全然不同的地方,再加上語言溝通的障礙,往往會產生許多在生活適應上的困難。 本論文的研究目的在於以跨文化角度為理論基礎,編寫適合在臺工作的印尼籍移工的跨文化華語教材,希望能幫助學習者快速了解臺灣的文化並且融入社會,以及培養學習者的跨文化能力。本研究主要採用文獻分析法及問卷調查法,首先將蒐集到的文獻資料進行歸納與分析,得出跨文化教材的編寫原則有哪些。其次,為了進一步瞭解跨文化華語教材需要涵蓋哪一些文化內容,本研究針對印尼籍移工進行需求問卷調查。根據文獻分析及調查結果,本研究以針對性、真實性、實用性、趣味性、多元性及文化對比為編寫原則,進行本研究之教材範例設計。再將本研究之教材範例提供給專家進行教材評估,根據專家的評估結果及建議進行教材修正,最後提出本研究的結論與建議,希望本研究的結果及教材範例可以供未來相關研究者參考。Since 1992, Taiwan has officially introduced foreign migrant workers to work in Taiwan, which has improved the lack of work in labor-intensive industries and changed the face of ethnic groups in Taiwanese society. According to the statistics from the Ministry of Labor at the end of May 2020, there are more than 700,000 foreign migrant workers in Taiwan, and this number is still growing. However, at present, there is still a shortage of Chinese teaching materials on the market for foreign migrant workers. The main content of existing teaching materials is mostly in daily life terms and workplace terms, which lack the content of cultural knowledge. In recent years, with the development of the new southward policy, cultural exchanges have become more and more important. At the same time, cross-cultural issues are gradually being paid attention to. Researchers believe that these foreign migrant workers who come to work in Taiwan have many difficulties in adapting to life in a place totally different from their own country’s cultural background, living habits, and language communication barriers. The research purpose of this thesis is to compile a cross-cultural Chinese language teaching material suitable for Indonesian migrant workers working in Taiwan based on a cross-cultural perspective, hoping to help learners to quickly understand Taiwan's culture and integrate into the society, as well as to develop their cross-cultural abilities. This research adopts the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method. Firstly, summarized and analyzed the collected literature data, to find out the principles of compiling cross-cultural teaching materials. Second, in order to further understand which cultural contents need to be covered in the cross-cultural Chinese textbooks, this study conducted a demand questionnaire survey for Indonesian migrant workers. Based on literature analysis and survey results, this study designs examples of the teaching materials based on the principles of pertinence, authenticity, practicality, interest, diversity and cultural comparison. Then, the examples of the teaching materials of this study will be provided to the experts for evaluation of the teaching materials, and revise the teaching materials according to the evaluation results and suggestions of the experts.
