Companies are willing to focus on improving leadership to increase employee satisfaction. The banking industry plays a vital role in Taiwan's economy. To make employees more engaged in their work and improve their performance. This study aims to provide the banking industry with some implications to assist them in improving employee satisfaction through transformational leadership. Since Transformational leadership has become the most popular leadership style in the world, not so many researchers pay attention to it in Asia. According to the study, transformational leadership cares about employees' needs and supports them to achieve their goals, which can increase employee satisfaction. This study examined how transformational leadership influences employee engagement. To fulfill the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data from Taiwanese employees. Finally, the study received 364 valid responses. After data analysis, the study used linear regression to test all proposed hypotheses. The empirical findings show that: (1) Transformational leadership is positively related to job satisfaction. (2) Workplace spirituality is positively related to job satisfaction.
