胡益進Hu Yih-Jin葉蓁YEH CHEN2019-08-282015-8-182019-08-282013http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0699050171%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/87991本研究旨在瞭解台北市國中教師工作壓力與自覺身心健康之現況,並探討教師工作壓力與自覺身心健康的相關情形,以及分析教師工作壓力對自覺身心健康的預測力。 研究母群體為台北市國中教師,以立意取樣,並利用自編結構式問卷進行資料收集,共得有效問卷364份,回收率84.7%。經資料處理與統計分析,結果發現: 一、研究對象之工作壓力屬於中高程度,其中壓力較大的前兩項為工作負荷及學校行政。整體工作壓力上在教師年齡、教學年資、育兒狀況有顯著差異;女性及導師在工作負荷的壓力最大;來自學校行政的壓力在年齡、教學年資、兼任職務有顯著差異;來自學生行為壓力上,在教學年資、兼任職務上有顯著差異;來自人際關係的壓力上,在性別、年齡、教學年資、婚姻狀況、育兒狀況及兼任職務上有顯著差異。 二、研究對象之自覺身心健康屬於中等程度,其中較差的前兩項為身體不適及焦慮反應。而女性教師有較多的身體不適,教學年資10.1~15年者較有憂鬱反應;行政教師較有生活適能上的困擾。 三、工作壓力及自覺健康狀態各面向皆具有相關性。 四、工作壓力能有效預測其自覺身心健康,並解釋其總變異量50.3%,兼任職務、工作負荷、個人發展、人際關係皆能有效預測整體身心健康狀況。The main purpose of this study is to understand the situations between stress of teacher’s work and perceived well-being of junior high school in Taipei City, and exploring the relationships. The targeted group of this study mainly on Junior high School teachers in Taipei city is tested by purposive sample with the Self-edited structure questionnaires to collect data. There are 364 effective questionnaires returned. The retrieved probability is 84.7%. The major conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. Work stress of samples is above the average. The two primary reasons of work stress are workload and administration of school. The teachers' age, years of teaching and parental status have apparent difference in the overall pressure level. Female and mentor feel pressed most from the workload. The pressure from administration is significant difference in age, years of teaching and part-time positions. The pressure from the students' behavior is significant difference in the years of teaching and part-time positions. The pressure from interpersonal relationships is significant differences in gender, age, years of teaching, marital status, parental status and part-time positions. 2. The perceived Well-Being of samples reached the middle level. The following two aspects of physical discomfort and anxiety responses are the worst. Female teacher got more physical discomfort. Years of teaching from 10.1 to 15 years more depressive reaction; the administrative teacher have more plagued in life fitness. 3. Working stress and perceived health status on all fronts are relevant. 4. The level of work stress can effectively predict perceived Well-Being (adjust R2 =50.3%).
