周保男Pao-Nan Chou2014-10-272014-10-272013-06-??http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/26881本研究旨在利用質性訪談法,分析工程女性大學生的學習歷程。研究採立意取樣原則,針對南部地區一所公立教學型大學工程女性大學生進行訪談調查。研究對象總數為15 名,主要來自電機工程學系與資訊工程學系的大四學生。本研究發展出半結構化訪談指南大綱,以引導60 分鐘訪談過程。逐字稿共225 頁,經由四階段的質性分析策略,獲得17 項主題,入學動機類5 個主題,求學經驗類9 個主題,職涯發展類3 個主題。This study aims to analyze female engineering college students' learning process by using a qualitative-based interview method. A purposeful sampling is adopted to interview female engineering college students from a teaching-based university in the Southern Taiwan. Research participants are 15 senior students who major in electrical engineering or computer engineering. A semi-structured interview guide is developed to facilitate the 60-minute interview process.
