梁桂嘉Liang, Kuei-Chia簡靖珈Chien, Ching-Chia2019-09-052018-07-272019-09-052016http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060268019T%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/103045如今產品技術發展已達一定程度,在眾多相同產業中加入創造力以加強 產業的基礎能力,並為企業創造價值,是許多產業積極尋求突破的方向。而工業設計當中,一開始最重要的便是概念構想發展,產品造型設計是其中相當重要的一環,如何妥善導入設計方法以輔助激發更多的新構想,是各界一直努力的目標。因此,本研究針對TRIZ 法(創意發明問題解決理論)40 項創新原則中的第13 項曲率化原則做深度解析,透過文獻,探討創新與工業設計之間的關聯性,了解TRIZ 法目前的發展及產品造型相關理論,確立後續分析及樣本選定之依據,嘗試透過國際創新大獎,從獲獎產品外觀及產品說明中,來歸納曲率化原則在產品造型發想上可應用之方向,並將上述結果透過後續創作,執行於產品設計前期當中之概念發想階段,導入曲率化應用方向,藉以刺激形態創意構想。研究成果獲得以下結論:(1)曲率化原則應用範圍包含使用性、造型、技術三方向,其內容共包含十個子項目,除了在產品造型上美觀的提升外,在「功能的提升或增加」及「提升人與產品間的關係」皆佔相當高的比重。(2)曲率化原則在形態上大多呈現曲面形、有機形、不規則形,邊緣處理多為圓角邊緣之產品種類,因此較適用於與產品機構較無相關之種類,歸納結果為兒童用品、科技類產品、生活用品、椅子、燈具五大產品種類。(3)曲率化原則在造型上應用與設計方法中的仿生設計法、聯想法有高度相關,在形態上易呈現有機曲面造型。(4)曲率化原則除了在造型上的刺激外,透過設計思考從使用性的角度解決問題,能激發出更多的想法。(5)在創作概念構想階段,透過曲率化原則的刺激,能在草圖繪製中有更清楚的依據與執行方向,執行起來也較一般腦力激盪來 的有邏輯性,創意產出的時間也相較於過去來的短。The product technology has developed to a certain degree at present. In multiple relevant industries, to add creativity to enhance the capacity of industry foundation and create value for enterprises is a breakthrough orientation that many industries are positively seeking. In industrial design, what’s the most important is the development of concept, among which product manufacturing design is an essential section, thus how to introduce design method properly to help stimulate more new ideas is the target of all industries. Therefore, the research deeply explored the spheroudality principles in Item 13 of the 40 Items in TRIZ method (creativity and invention problem solving theory), to discuss relevance between innovation and industry design through literatures, and learn the present development of TRIZ method and relevant theories of product modeling, so as to decide the follow-up analysis and basis for selecting samples. Through summarizing applicable orientation of spheroudality principles in product modeling idea from the appearance and specification of products of international innovation award, it attempts to apply the above results to concept idea in pre-design phase of product through follow-up manufacturing, and introduce curvature application direction in stimulating the idea of form creativity. Research results include: (1) The application scope of spheroidality principles contains the aspects of usability, modeling and technology, with about 10 sub-items, apart from improvement of product modeling, “improvement and addition of function” and “improvement of relation between human and product” show a quite high proportion. (2) Most spheroidality principles are of hook face, organic shape and irregular shape and edge treatment is most rounded edge, thus it is applicable to the type not related to product organization, such as children’s products, technology products, articles for daily use, chair, lamps and lanterns. (3) Application of spheroidality principles change in modeling is highly correlated to bionics design method and association method, and shows organic surface modeling in form. (4) Except for the stimulation in shape, spheroidality principles can solve problems in usability through design thinking, to inspire more ideas.
