The technology innovation process of agriculture can be separated into four part They are process of knowledge research, process of technology development and extension, process of products production and process of products marketing. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the professional network and knowledge of the Professional Worker during the technology innovation process, and how the model of knowledge management framework function in public agencies.
