周儒CHOU, JU陳湘寧CHEN, HSIANG NING2019-09-052010-1-272019-09-052010http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0695460017%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/103693 本研究旨在探討林務局人員應具備的自然教育中心方面之專業知能,及他們在自然教育中心方面專業發展的需求。透過文獻分析、群體討論與專家審核後,發展出林務局人員自然教育中心專業知能架構及內涵,項目包括:自然教育中心的整體性理念、自然教育中心的經營與管理、環境教育與解說方案之發展與推動、自然教育中心的場域資源與設施等四大面向,包含共三十項專業知能之內涵敘述。 本研究進一步發放問卷給林務局各分區自然教育中心行動研究團隊成員填寫。結果顯示,經營與管理人員應具備的專業知能,總括四大項專業知能及其30條內容,其中以「自然教育中心的整體性理念」及第二大項目「自然教育中心的經營與管理」的平均分數較高。在教育與解說人員方面,須具備的專業知能亦包含四大項專業知能,共28條內容,其中以「環境教育與解說方案之發展與推動」較受重視,其次是「自然教育中心的整體性理念」。場域與設施人員方面,應具備的專業知能共有10條內容,以「自然教育中心的整體性理念」、「自然教育中心的場域資源與設施」、「自然教育中心的經營與管理」三個大項目為主。 而在林務局人員的專業發展需求方面,研究對象過去曾面臨的問題,主要為缺乏時間與對課程品質的考量,因此所期待的協助包括「建置資料庫以提供適當的專業發展資料」、「提供具有層次與進階性的專業發展課程」、「服務單位(林務局或林管處)有清楚的人員自然教育中心專業發展的目標和策略」等。 本研究依據結果提出結論與建議,以提供林務局規劃其工作人員在自然教育中心方面的專業發展活動之參考。 The study explores Taiwan Forests Bureau staff’s needs for the professional competency and professional development of nature center. The framework and content developed for this project through the literature review, group discussion, and experts review panel. There are four major areas and thirty competencies identified. These four major areas are “ Overall Mission of Nature Center ” , “ Management of Nature Center ” , “ Development of Environmental Education and Interpretation Projects ” , and “Site Resources and Facilities of Nature Center “. Further, questionnaire was sent to each action research group of nature center of Taiwan Forestry Bureau. The study illustrates that managers should possess four areas and thirty competencies. “ Overall Mission of Nature Center ” and “ Management of Nature Center ” have higher priority. Educators and interpreters should possess four areas and twenty-eight competencies. “ Development of Environmental Education and Interpretation Projects ” and “ Overall Mission of Nature Center ” have higher priority. Site and facility managers should possess three areas and ten competencies. “ Overall Mission of Nature Center ” , “ Management of Nature Center ” and “Resources and Facilities of Nature Center ” have higher priority. The difficulties faced by Taiwan Forest Bureau staff in professional development are lacking of time and the quality program. As a result, their needs for professional development of nature center are “Database with Appropriate Materials for Professional Development ”, “Different Levels of Professional Developmental Programs ”, and “ Clear Objectives and Strategies of Professional Development ”.
