蕭錫錡張仁家廖梵儒陳狄成陳甦彰Hsi-Chi Hsiao, Jen-Chia Chang, Fan-Ru Liao, Dyi-Cheng Chen, Su-Chang Chen2022-05-162022-05-162021-07-??http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/116168本研究旨在調查科技大學電資領域畢業生所具備之就業力現況,以及在不同背景因素下就業力的排序與差異情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,針對科技大學畢業生進行問卷調查,資料結果以比較平均數與t檢定分析。研究結果顯示,畢業生自評就業力現況在中高程度,在個別就業力項目,畢業生自評「同理心」、「忠誠與誠信」及「敬業精神」是大學畢業生最具備的三項就業力,自評最不具備的就業力為「了解複雜社會、組織(公司)和技術體系」、「成本分析的能力」及「電資專業領域的外語能力」。不同的畢業時間對「接受不同觀點的容忍力(如主管、顧客、同儕等)」就業力有顯著差異,代表畢業生認為畢業3年以上後,面對與自己不同觀點的容忍力有降低的現象。The purpose of this study is to investigate the employability status of universities of science and technology graduates in the field of electrical engineering, and the ranking and difference of employability under different background factors. In this study, questionnaire survey was conducted for the graduates of universities of science and technology, and the data results were compared with the average and t-test analysis. Results show that a self-evaluation of graduates employment status in high degree, in individual employment program, graduates from review "empathy", "loyalty and integrity" and "professional dedication" are the most university graduates have three employment force, self-reported employment force does not have the most for "understanding complex society, the organization (company) and the technology system", "cost analysis ability" and "foreign language skills in the field of electric information and professional".
