國立臺灣師範大學健康促進與衛生教育學系陳孟娟郭鐘隆黃久美2014-12-022014-12-022009-04-012076-5495http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/40277本研究目的在探討兩種健康體位計畫模式推動的成效,以臺北市4所願意配合本研究之國小為「6520」行為組,再以個案配對法選出同年級、同性別、BMI相近之學童為書面指導組(來自另外10所學校),每組各96人。「6520」行為組推行6520行為為主的簡易行動計畫,依「健康體位計畫標準作業流程」指導學生每天6次5分鐘快走及每次進食咀嚼20次的行為,並介紹使用「我的健康體位」護照,介入期間接受2次到校訪視及專業諮詢;書面指導組參照「臺北市94年度學生健康體位實施計畫」的建議逕行推動計畫。兩組於計畫推動前及結束後施以體適能測量,作為計畫成效指標。研究結果發現:兩種模式之健康體位計畫皆能有效改善研究對象體位、降低BMI、提升心肺與肌肉適能。本研究結果支持以學校為基礎的健康體位計畫,不論是校方依照建議標準作業流程或是以簡易行為改變計畫「6520」行為,均能使學童過重及肥胖問題得到改善,此簡易的介入計畫可供將來有此需求之學校參考。The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of two different Healthy Weight Program on improving BMI, physical fitness, and behavior indicators of 6520, a two-part behavioral monitoring, for Taipei's elementary school. Ninety-six students from four schools were purposively assigned to the 6520-behavior group and ninety-six counterparts from the other elementary schools were assigned to written-instruction group. The 6520 behavior group was provided technical supports such as standardizes operational flowchart, monitoring passport, audit-and-feedback by two school visits, e-mail and telephone counseling. The written-instrction group did not receive any technical supports. The findings suggested that both programs were significant in improving anthropometry, BMI, and increasing cardiac fitness, muscle fitness. The results demonstrated that school-based healthy weight program was feasible and cost-effective.
