黃乃熒博士陳麗英2019-08-28不公開2019-08-282009http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0593003018%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/89876摘 要 本研究旨在探討國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作意願之情形,包括:瞭解臺北市國民中學教師兼任行政工作的意願,並分析影響教師兼任行政工作意願低落的因素,及探討提升國中教師兼任學校行政工作意願的有效策略。 本研究藉由文獻探討後,編製「臺北市國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作意願調查問卷」進行研究,以臺北市公立國民中學30所學校523位教師為樣本進行施測,實際回收有效問卷464份,可用率為88.72%。使用的統計方法包括次數分配、百分比、平均數及標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析。歸納主要研究發現,本研究獲致結論如下: 一、國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作意願有待提升。 二、國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作意願,會受到個人歷練、體力及尊榮感的影響。 三、國民中學教師兼任學校行政工作意願,會因工作負擔沉重或與生涯規劃悖離而明顯降低。 四、教師會受到多重因素的影響降低兼任學校行政工作的意願。 五、校長應強化關懷、激勵的領導行為,以提升國民中學教師兼任行政工作意願。 根據以上結論,本研究對教育主管機關、校長、教師會及家長會、教師與未來相關研究者提供若干建議。 關鍵詞:國民中學教師、兼任學校行政工作意願、影響因素Abstract This research is aimed to study the willingness of junior high school teachers to take on the administrative positions including to discover the willingness of junior high school teachers to take on administrative positions, to analyze the influential factors of low willingness, and to discuss the effective strategies to improve the willingness of junior high school teachers to take on administrative positions. A questionnaire is designed to measure the willingness of the junior high school teachers to take on the administrative positions. A total of 523 teachers from 30 Taipei municipal junior high schools are randomly selected. There are 464 effective respondents, or validity of 88.72%. Statistical treatment includes frequency, percentage, descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA. The following conclusions were supported by the data, 1. The willingness of junior high school teachers to take on administrative positions should be improved. 2. The willingness of junior high school teachers to take on administrative positions will be affected by personal experience, physical strength and dignity. 3. The willingness of junior high school teachers to take on administrative positions is significantly reduced by the high workload and the divergence of personal career plan. 4. Teachers will be affected by multi-factors that lower the willingness to take on administrative positions. 5. The principal should reinforce the leadership in concerning and motivating in order to advance the willingness of junior high school teachers to take on the administrative positions. According to the conclusions above, some recommendations are provided as reference to educational administration organizations, school administration, junior high school teacher, and researchers in this field in the future.
