馮丹白Feng, Dan-Pai余化人Yu, Hua-Jen2019-09-04不公開2019-09-042016http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0896700084%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/98676本研究旨在探討臺北市高職工科教師情緒管理與其教學效能之現況、內涵及其影響因素、是否會受到教師不同背景因素的影響、教師情緒管理與其教學效能的相關,綜合研究結果與發現,提出具體建議,以供從事教育者之參考。 研究方法採文獻分析及問卷調查等方式;相關文獻經整理、歸納後提 出本研究架構,以作為研究實施之設計藍圖。問卷以自編之「臺北市高職工科教師情緒管理與其教學效能問卷」為調查工具。先請專家檢視題項內容,以求得問卷內容效度。次實施預試,以項目分析做為篩選題目之依據;並以因素分析建構問卷效度,再進行Cronbach’s α 信度分析以求得問卷信度。問卷調查施測對象以臺北市設有工業類科之高中職且有任教工業類科之正式教師為母群體。 本研究結論為: 一、量表具有良好之信度、效度。 二、影響臺北市高職工業類科教師之情緒管理包含「覺察自我情緒」、「認知他人情緒」、「妥善管理情緒」、「自我激勵」、「人際關係的管理」等五種構面;影響臺北市高職工業類科教師之教學效能包含「教師自我效能」、「教師有效教學」二種構面。 本研究建議如下: 一、高職教師應強化自我情緒管理能力,以提昇教學效能。 二、高職教師應提昇自我教育程度,以提昇自我之情緒管理能力與教學效能。The primary concern of this study was to explore the condition, content, influence factors and the correlation between the emotional management capability and teaching efficacy of the industrial subject teachers in the vocational senior high schools in Taipei City, in attempting to find out whether different backgrounds of the teachers account for different results. Conclusion and finding of which and constructive suggestions will be forwarded to the educators as reference. In this study, methods of literature analysis and questionnaire surveys were adopted. The related literatures, after being collected and organized, were inducted into the framework and blueprints to implement the research. A questionnaire designed by the researcher, “The Emotional Management Capability and Teaching Efficacy of Industrial Subject Teachers Vocational Senior High Schools in Taipei” was adopted as survey tool. Firstly, the content of questionnaire was examined by experts to earn content validity. Secondly, a pre-test was administered, so that item analysis can be used as the basis of the screening question; so as factor analysis was used to construct validity. Then, Cronbach's α reliability analysis was launched to get the reliability. The certified teachers who teach industrial subject courses in vocational senior high schools in Taipei were recruited as population was implemented. The study concluded that: 1. There are excellent reliability and validity with the measurement. 2. The overall performance of the emotional management capability of industrial subject teachers in Taipei vocational senior high schools was “fair”. Research findings suggest that: 1. Teachers of vocational high schools should strengthen their own emotional management capability in order to enhance teaching efficacy. 2.
