馮丹白Feng Tan Pai呂幸珠Lu Hsing Chu2019-09-042008-6-302019-09-042008http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0095702206%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/98742本研究主要目的在瞭解桃園縣公立國民中學導師的工作壓力與工作倦怠之相關性。透過文獻探討,主要採用郭耀輝(民93)「教師工作壓力與職業倦怠調查問卷」,經由調查研究法來進行資料的蒐集。 本研究以桃園縣60所公立國民中學導師為母群體,依據學校所在區域和學校規模,以分層叢集隨機抽樣,抽取20所國中導師485位,問卷回收401份,整理剔除無效問卷8份,共393份,有效回收率達81.03%。將有效問卷編號後,並將資料譯碼輸入電腦,利用SPSS15.0統計軟體,進行各項資料分析與統計處理。主要利用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、獨立樣本t考驗與單因子變異數分析進行統計分析。主要研究結果發現如下: 一、國中導師的工作壓力感受屬於中等程度。其中,以「工作負荷壓力」最高,而「專業知能壓力」最低。 二、國中導師的工作倦怠感受屬於中等程度。其中,以「情緒耗竭」最高,而「缺乏人性化」最低。 三、不同的性別的國中導師,對於整體及各構面的工作壓力感受,無顯著差異存在。而年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、服務年資、專業背景、學校地區、學校規模等七個變項會影響工作壓力的感受。 四、不同的性別、服務年資、專業背景、學校地區的國中導師,對於整體及各構面的工作倦怠感受,無顯著差異存在。而年齡、婚姻狀況、教育背景、學校規模等四個變項會影響工作倦怠的感受。、 五、國中導師之整體工作壓力對工作倦怠之間存有顯著相關。由典型相關分析顯示工作壓力愈大,其工作倦怠愈大。 最後,綜合本研究所獲得的研究發現及結論,提出對教育主管機關、學校行政單位、國中導師與未來後續研究者之建議。The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between job stress and job burnout for tutorships in public junior high school in Taoyuan. This study takes questionnaire survey adapted Mr. Guo’s as study tool. 485 junior high school tutorships are interviewed and 393 relevant copies are collected. The data of the survey is processed by SPSS statistics software. The statistical methods of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation are used to verify hypotheses. Based on the data analysis, the outcomes of this study were list as follows: 1. The job stress of junior high school tutorships is medium degree. 2. The job burnout of junior high school tutorships is medium degree. 3 Different background variable, such as “Gender”, has no significant difference on job stress. But there are significant differences, such as “Age”, “Marriage status”, “Education background”, “Years of serving as a teacher”, “Professional background”, “School location” and “School scale.” 4. But there are significant differences, such as “Age”, “Marriage status”, “Education background”, and “School scale.” 5. There are significant differences on job burnout of junior high school tutorships who had different degree of job stress.
