賈至達Chih-Ta Chia郭惟寧Wei-Ning Kuo2019-09-052019-2-262019-09-052014http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0699410527%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/102802此論文是研究飛秒雷射照射後,大腸桿菌活性降低的效率研究。實驗中利用30μm寬的微流道系統與800μm寬的毛細管系統(Capillary system)作為大腸桿菌接受飛秒雷射作用的流道。實驗時使用能量為250mW、波長為415nm的飛秒雷射脈衝照射大腸桿菌。此脈衝是由100fs,波長830nm的鈦-藍寶石雷射經由倍頻輸出而獲得。實驗結果顯示毛細管系統(Capillary system)的細菌量衰減對數 (Log reduction )在5小時內可達到6,也就是說由每毫升〖3.7×10〗^7個大腸桿菌經5小時照射後,具有活性的細菌數目小於10。In this study, the efficiency of inactivation of Escherichia coli by femtosecond laser irradiation is investigated.
