It proposed a research framework that used psychological safety climate as a moderator, and tested whether there were differences between the various variables. Through electronic questionnaires to survey manufacturing employees in Taiwan and Argentina respectively, 157 valid questionnaires were returned from Taiwanese companies and 185 valid questionnaires were returned from Argentine companies. The research results showed that: In Taiwanese manufacturing company, the task conflicts had a positive impact on employee creativity but the relationship conflicts had no direct impact on employee creativity, and the psychological safety climate had no moderating effect on the relationship between interpersonal conflicts and employee creativity. The same result found on manufacturing industry in Argentina. This study brought some suggestions for Taiwan’s manufacturing managers and developers who were considering going to Argentina: Task conflicts could help employees to be creative; Argentine employees had more courage to express their emotions, and were more likely to had relationships conflicts than Taiwanese employees. In addition, Argentine employees had a lower level of psychological safety climate than Taiwanese employees, which meant that Argentine employees would pay more attention to and avoided behaviors that adversely affect their work than Taiwanese employees.任務衝突關係衝突員工創造力心理安全氣候Task conflictRelationship conflictEmployee creativityPsychological safety climate人際衝突對員工創造力之影響─以心理安全氣候為調節變項:以臺灣、阿根廷為例The impact of interpersonal conflict on employee creativity─the moderating role of psychological safety climate: Cases of Taiwan and Argentina
