邱銘心Chiu, Ming-Hsin周小琪Chou, Hsiao-Chi2022-06-082021-08-312022-06-082021https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/abde2218da9154837c4972b029703c79/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/118319新住民女性為社會中的健康高危險族群,她們的身分對其健康有很大的影響。本研究以新住民女性為對象,透過訪談法來蒐集資料,研究結果發現:新住民女性關心的健康資訊需求主題,包含預防保健資訊、疾病治療資訊、醫療提供者與醫療協助資訊,以及生育與育兒資訊。新住民女性的健康資訊尋求管道可分為人際管道、網路資源及其他傳統媒介資源;健康資訊尋求管道選擇考量因素,主要基於資訊可近性、個人背景及經驗相似性、資訊內容豐富性、資訊來源權威性,以及資訊新穎性。新住民女性在健康資訊尋求過程遭遇的困難,包括性別障礙、語言障礙、社會文化障礙、健康素養障礙及數位落差障礙,其所採取的解決方式主要有比較對照及尋求他人幫助。根據前述研究結果整理出一個新住民女性健康資訊需求與資訊行為架構,並提出結論如下:新住民女性隨著年齡階段有不同的健康資訊需求,年輕時多具有生育及育兒資訊需求;新住民女性的健康資訊尋求管道以人際管道為優先,資訊可近性是重要的健康資訊尋求管道選擇考量因素;不同國籍、中文語言程度及資訊能力程度的新住民,在人際管道及網路資源的使用上可能有所差異;新住民女性使用網路資源採取雙語檢索比對,並運用跨國兩地的資源;新住民女性在健康資訊尋求過程遭遇困難時,主要透過比較對照及尋求他人幫助來解決;新住民女性會透過考量資訊權威性、資訊比對、參考他人評價、使用個人經驗及使用網路訊息查證工具策略來辨識健康資訊的正確性;新住民女性會透過閱讀摘要及整合健康資訊、採取實際行動來進行資訊使用;新住民女性以各種社群通訊軟體及面對面聊天為主分享健康資訊。最後針對新住民女性、新住民女性配偶、政府機構及醫療院所分別提出實務及未來研究建議。Female new immigrants is a high-risk group in the society, and her status has a huge influence on her health. This research uses interviews to collect data for female new immigrants. The results of the study found that the topics of health information needs that female new immigrants concerns include preventive health information, disease treatment information, medical provider and medical assistance information, and fertility and parenting information. The channels for seeking health information for female new immigrants can be divided into interpersonal channels, online resources and other traditional media resources. The factors for choosing health information seeking channels are mainly based on the accessibility of information, the similarity of personal background and experience, the richness of information content, and the authority of information sources, and the novelty of information. The difficulties encountered by female new immigrants in the process of seeking health information include gender barriers, language barriers, sociocultural barriers, health literacy barriers, and digital gap barriers. The main solutions they adopt are comparison and seeking help from others.According to the research results, a framework for the health information needs and information behaviors of female new immigrants was compiled, and the following conclusions were drawn. Female new immigrants have different health information needs according to their ages, and they often have"fertility and parenting information" needs when they are young. Interpersonal channels are the priority for female new immigrants’s health information seeking channels, and information accessibility is an important factor for choosing health information seeking channels. Female new immigrants of different nationalities, Chinese language proficiency and information skills may differ in their use of interpersonal channels and online resources. Female new immigrants use online resources to conductbilingual search and comparison, and use resources from both countries and regions. When female new immigrants encounter difficulties in the process of seeking health information, they are mainly resolved by comparison and seeking help from others. Female new immigrants will identify the correctness of health information by considering the authority of information, comparing information, referring to others' evaluations, using personal experience, and using online information verification tools. Female new immigrants will use information by reading abstracts, integrating health information, and taking practical actions. Female new immigrants share health information mainly through various social communication software and face-to-face chat.
