Compare to theStandard Model (SM), an extended Higgs boson in Two Higgs Doublet Model(2HDM) can have"wrong-sign" bottom Yukawa coupling due to the mixing angle of two Higgs boson. Moreover, the future ILC can detect bottom jets directly. In our work, we use Madgraph to simulate e^+e^- collision with √250 GeV in the hardron level, as well as do the numerical analysis. We finally found that 2634 fb^-1 of luminosity is needed to distinguish the relative sign of bottom Yukawa coupling in the 3σ confidence level.noneBottom Yukawa CouplingTwo Higgs Doublet ModelInternational Linear Collider國際直線對撞機對底夸克湯川耦合相對符號的確定Determining the relative sign of bottom Yukawa coupling at the ILCetd
