Taking Taiwanese working workers as the research object, through the questionnaire survey method, the data was collected by convenience sampling. A total of 512 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 415 valid questionnaires were recovered. The results show that there is a positive relationship between presenteeism and emotional exhaustion; surface acting has a moderating effect of strengthening the positive relationship between presenteeism and emotional exhaustion; deep acting has no moderating effect of strengthening the positive relationship between presenteeism and emotional exhaustion.
