黃馨慧Huang, Hsin-Hui許依玲Hsu, Yi-Ling2020-12-142020-09-022020-12-142020http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G0594061115%22.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/109995本研究旨在探討年金改革後國中教師之理財信念及退休理財規劃現況,以瞭解影響教師退休理財規劃之重要因素。本研究採取問卷調查法,以臺南市108學年度公立國中之正式教師為研究對象,有效總問卷數為426份。研究以「理財信念量表」、「退休理財規劃量表」及「個人基本資料」為研究工具收集資料進行分析,所得資料以SPSS 23.0版進行分析,以描述統計、卡方考驗、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元線性迴歸分析進行統計考驗。本研究結論如下: 一、教師對年金改革之態度以採取中立態度者居多,但實際上有超過六成之教師不清楚可領取之退休金金額。 二、國中教師之理財信念相當正向積極;其整體理財信念,會隨著性別、投資經驗及對年金改革之支持程度不同而有顯著差異。 三、國中教師之退休理財規劃相當正向。在投資理財工具的選擇上偏向低風險及中度風險投資工具者較多;願意選擇高度風險投資工具者僅有五成以下。 四、教師之整體退休理財規劃,會隨著教師之投資經驗、年金改革支持程度、退休金金額清楚程度及退休理財規劃開始年齡而有所差異;男性教師較偏重中度風險之投資工具,而女性教師較偏重低度風險之投資理財工具。 五、教師之理財信念與退休理財規劃具有顯著正相關。 六、教師之「理財規劃」及「理財興趣」對其退休理財規劃具有預測力。The purposes of this study are to understand the junior high school teachers’ financial belief, the financial planning for retirement after the pension reform, and the important factors to influence teachers’ financial planning for retirement. Questionnaire survey was developed in this study to collect data from the junior high school teachers in Tainan City in 2020, and 426 valid questionnaires were returned. The instruments used for data collection and analysis are the financial belief scale, the financial planning for retirement scale, and demographic information. All statistics are computed by Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, t test, one-way analysis of variance(one-way ANOVA), Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis are utilized to evaluate and analyze between factors. The research conclusions are as follows. 1.Most teachers take a neutral attitude towards the pension reform. In fact, more than 60% of the teachers do not know the amount of pension that can be received. 2. The financial beliefs of the junior high school teachers are quite positive. There are significantly differences in the whole financial beliefs due to gender, investment experience and the degree of support for the pension reform. 3. The financial planning for retirement of the junior high school teachers is quite positive. Most teachers choose the low-risk and medium-risk investment tools for the financial retirement planning. The teachers who choose high-risk investment tools are less than 50%. 4. There are significantly differences in the whole financial planning for retirement due to their investment experience, the degree of support for the pension reforms, the level of clarity of the pension amount, and the starting age of the retirement financial planning. Male teachers are more inclined to invest in medium-risk investment tools. Female teachers prefer low-risk investment management tools. 5. The relationship between the teachers’ financial beliefs and the financial planning for retirement is significantly positive correlated. 6.
