By visiting ten groups of micro-entrepreneurs and studying their enterprises, the author deeply investigated their individual design theory, personality, the course of innovation and the course of starting an enterprise. The conclusions are stated as below: 一、The design theory (一)Subjects of environmental protection: nature and health. (二)Being different from tradition; having the courage to innovate; pursuing better quality. (三)Accelerating the satisfaction and well-being of human life. (四)Market requirements and customer expectations. (五)Reflection of personal mood. (六)Brand recognition. 二、Personality: being prompt in generation of new concepts and innovation, adventurous, conscientious, persistent, cautious, self-confident and persevere. 三、The course of innovation: preparation, motivation, planning, materialization, refinement and presentation. 四、The course of starting an enterprise: including the following six stages. (一)The generation of motive. (二)Utilizing the social resources. (三)Formation of the organization. (四)Marketing.
