柯正峯Jeng-Feng Ke郭雅惠Ya-Hui Kuo2019-08-29不公開2019-08-292008http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22GN0094023117%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92268本研究旨在瞭解臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工參與動機與工作滿意度之關係,並分析不同社經背景變項之圖書館志工,其參與動機與工作滿意度之差異情形。 本研究採問卷調查,以臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工為母群體,針對臺北縣40所國小之500位圖書館志工進行問卷調查,回收率92.8%,有效問卷為448份,可用率為89.6%。所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸預測等統計方式進行資料分析。根據資料分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工個人背景有同質性且集中之傾向。 二、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工具有高度參與動機。 三、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工具有高度工作滿意度。 四、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工之參與動機不因性別、年齡、婚姻狀況、職業、服務年資、其他志工經驗而有所差異;因教育程度有部分差異;因宗教信仰而有所差異。 五、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工之工作滿意度不因年齡、職業、服務年資而有所差異;因婚姻狀況、教育程度而有部分差異;因性別、其他志工經驗、宗教信仰而有所差異。 六、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工之參與動機愈強,工作滿意度愈高。 七、臺北縣國民小學圖書館志工之參與動機對工作滿意度有部分顯著預測力。 依據本研究發現與結論,分別對學校行政人員、圖書館志工管理者及後續研究者提出建議。The study aims at realizing the volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, the relations between their motive in participation and the satisfaction on job. In additions, the volunteers with various social and economic backgrounds viewed as key variable to determine the difference between the motive in participation and the satisfaction on job are analyzed. The study adopts the methodology of questionnaire. The five hundred of volunteers from 40 primary schools of Taipei district as targets are issued the questionnaire. The return ratio of questionnaire is 92.8%, with effective reply of 448 and usability ratio as 89.6%. The data collected are allocated and analyzed in accordance with statistics rules by orders, percentage, average, standard deviation, t test, variation analysis of single element, Pearson’s law, and multi step by step forecast of regression. The study reaches a couple of conclusions based on the result of data analysis, as follows: 1. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, their backgrounds present the trend of similarity and centralization. 2. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district present high interest in participation. 3. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district present high satisfaction on job. 4. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, their motive in participation is indifferent according to gender, age, marriage, career, seniority, and experience in other voluntary activities; but different from the education and religion. 5. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, their satisfaction on job is indifferent according to age, career, and seniority; but different from gender, experience in other voluntary activities, and religion. 6. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, the more their motive in participation, the more their satisfaction on job. 7. The volunteers in primary schools of Taipei district, their motive in participation expresses partly and obviously expectation for the satisfaction on job.
