賴慈芸Lai, Tzu-Yun劉鎔瑲Liu, Jung-Chiang2022-06-082021-08-112022-06-082021https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/8541c4a8486e1ca40ee4a39fd290998c/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/118057美國身為超級大國，經常透過軍事影集大展其軍事肌肉、愛國精神或是英雄主義，而這類型的影集不論在美國或是我國本土影視市場上長期以來都受到觀眾們的青睞，大眾也喜愛藉由觀看軍事題材增進軍事相關知識。然而，筆者發現儘管過去關於字幕翻譯策略的研究甚多，但鮮少有對於軍事類影片字幕翻譯的分析，由於軍事主題影集涉及許多專有詞彙、軍事術語以及軍事文化，品質精良的字幕翻譯除了要兼顧娛樂性外，更需要傳達正確的訊息，且在一定程度上達到教育的目的。本研究將海軍為主題的美國影集《末日孤艦》作為研究文本，觀察涉及軍事內容的字幕翻譯，從「翻譯技巧」與「誤譯」等角度探討如何增進軍事術語的翻譯，提升軍事影集的字幕品質，使觀眾學習到正確的軍事相關知識。The United States, as a superpower, often flexes its military muscle, expresses patriotism and heroism through military series. These American military series are popular both in the U.S. and Taiwan. Audiences also like to learn military-related knowledge through watching them. However, although there were a lot of research regarding subtitle translation, very little available to military series. These series involve jargons, military terminologies, and military culture, which makes them responsible for educating the public proper military knowledge rather than only for entertainment purposes.
