李晶Li, Ching曾景泰Tsang, King-Tai2023-12-082023-08-122023-12-082023https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/da2b27710e207592d23b1a17c1a5a517/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/121700根據教育部體育署2020年針對全臺灣地區運動現況調查報告發現,大多數人口從事戶外休閒運動,主要從事散步/走路/健走為最主要的運動項目。從過去的研究中可以知道心肺適能是評估個人健康的重要因素,也是體適能運動的重點。但是針對進行戶外進行心肺適能的運動環境卻沒有太多深入的討論,比較著重個別探討運動效能的相關文獻,較少討論進行戶外的心肺訓練時環境要素對運動參與者的影響。研究目的:本研究以心肺適能訓練的概念帶入戶外步道環境的要素條件,探討在戶外進行心肺適能訓練時需要之步道環境的需求,研究方法:本研究以觀察法對9位受試者在室內與戶外進行中強度心肺適能訓練,訓練完成後進行半結構式訪談,並把訪談內容編碼歸類分析。結果:一、戶外心肺適能訓練主要運動期運動自覺強度比室內高,心跳率沒有顯著影響;二、戶外中強度心肺訓練環境中,步道因子方面步道路線規畫以循環式路線為主;場域因子方面,環境的整體氛圍的營造上要有不同的風景變化;三、¬戶外中強度心肺適能訓練的運動自覺強度比室內較強,主要影響心肺適能體驗的步道因子是坡度與鋪面;場域因子方面環境的氛圍最影響到他們進行運動的感覺。The purpose of this study is to add the conditions of the outdoor trail environment through the concept of cardiopulmonary fitness training, and to explore the need for cardiopulmonary fitness environments outdoors. According to a survey conducted by the Sports Administration of the Ministry of Education in 2020 on the sports situation in Taiwan, the majority of the population engages in outdoor leisure sports, with walking/jogging/power walking being the most popular activity. Cardiopulmonary fitness is an important factor in assessing individual health and is also the focus of physical fitness exercise. However, there has not been much discussion on the outdoor exercise environment for cardiopulmonary fitness, with more emphasis on individual discussions of related literature on exercise effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to explore the necessary elements of the outdoor trail environment for cardiopulmonary fitness training by incorporating the concept of cardiopulmonary fitness training, and to investigate the impact of environmental factors on exercise participants during outdoor training. The study used an observational method to have 9 participants complete medium-intensity cardiopulmonary fitness training indoors and outdoors, followed by semi-structured interviews to analyze the interview content. The results showed that: 1.the perceived exercise intensity during outdoor cardiopulmonary fitness training was higher than indoor training, with no significant effect on heart rate; 2.in terms of trail factors, circular routes were the main focus of trail planning for outdoor cardiopulmonary fitness training; in terms of site factors, there should be different scenery changes in the overall atmosphere of the environment; 3.the perceived exercise intensity during outdoor medium-intensity cardiopulmonary fitness training was higher than indoor training, with slope and pavement being the main factors affecting the experience of cardiopulmonary fitness; the overall atmosphere of the environment was the most influential factor in their exercise experience.心肺適能場域因子步道因子環境要素Cardiorespiratory Fitness TrainingEnvironment FactorTrail Factor心肺適能訓練戶外環境要素之研究-以步道環境為例Establishing the main outdoor environment elements needed for cardiorespiratory fitness training-An experiment on park trailsetd
