張國楨Chang, Kuo-Chen游宗欣Yu, Zong-Sin2024-12-172024-08-092024https://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/thesis/detail/5d5bbb541263c9fe4857a66b67c7c20e/http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/handle/20.500.12235/122712本研究旨在建立手持式RTK輔助管線坐標測定的流程,在桃園市挖掘案件中存在兩項課題,分別是自來水搶修案件及管障通報未使用RTK定位儀器現場即時測量管線坐標,缺少現場即時測量管線坐標的情況下,後續無法正確的更新公共管線圖資。本研究提出若解決這兩項課題所能帶來的預期效應,自來水搶修案件即時測量並提報圖資更新,每年可提升1.8%~1.9%的第一級圖資;管障通報即時測量並提報圖資更新,每年可提升1.8%~2.2%的第一級圖資。本研究以手持式RTK儀器比對桃園市內四處控制點及水準點坐標,平面坐標較差為4.23公分;高程坐標較差為2.34公分,證明測量精度達到內政部國土管理署±20cm的規範後,至桃園市內六處挖掘案場即時測量,成功提報自來水搶修案件一案及管障通報三案至公共管線資料庫,並依據本研究外業實測案例經驗,擬定手持式RTK輔助管線坐標測定的流程。This study aims to establish a process for handheld RTK-assisted pipeline coordinate determination. There are two issues in Taoyuan City excavation cases, namely tap water emergency repair cases and pipeline failure notifications. RTK positioning instruments are not used to measure pipeline coordinates on-site in real time because of the lack of real-time on-site measurement. In the case of measuring pipeline coordinates, the public pipeline map information cannot be updated correctly in the future.This study proposes the expected effects that can be brought about by solving these two issues. If tap water emergency repair cases can be measured in real time and reported for update, the first-level data can be increased by 1.86% to 1.97% every year; if management failure notification can be Real-time measurement and reporting of map data updates can increase first-level map data by 1.88%~2.20% every year. In this study, handheld RTK instruments were used to compare four control points and leveling points in Taoyuan City. The average plane coordinate difference was 4.23 cm; the average elevation coordinate difference was 2.34 cm.
