Using a three steps process. The starting material and six types of alky acyl chloride undergo Friedel-Crafts acylation, α-bromination and amination reactions. This process swiftly synthesis six types of α-pyrrolidinophenones and its intermediate products, then by changing the starting material can get different derivatives. All products are then analyzed via gas chromatography–mass spectrometry to establish a complete mass spectrum database.
