We study application used 3-substituted-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole as an 1,3-dipole molecule and 1,3-dipolarophile, 3-dimethylaminopropenone, under the catalysis of Iron salts as Lewis acid in [3+2] cycloaddition. 3-substituted-5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazole is synthesized by substitution re-action of amidoxime and TFAA with Et3N as base.
