陳仲彥滕雲TERNG, YUN2019-08-292016-08-192019-08-292016http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060302025E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/92114宗教信仰一直都是民族文化的核心之一,不同的宗教信仰皆體現了該民族看待人、鬼、神的方式。香品是漢人在祭祀儀式上不可或缺的祭祀物品,燃香祭祀,幾乎為漢人宗教信仰的特色。 然而,隨著時代的變遷,作為漢人祭祀文化中的重要媒介-香及其產業,在工業化、全球化以及環保意識高漲的衝擊下逐漸消逝轉變,致使香藝的文化內涵至今未能彰顯,且未受重視,引發研究者之研究動機。對研究者而言,製香師傅的生命故事不僅屬於個人,也屬於整個時代、整個中華文化,透過本研究將這些經驗轉化為臺灣全體人民的共享知識和文化,未嘗不是一件美事。 本研究的主要研究脈絡有三:其一,瞭解製香師傅的技藝學習歷程;其二,以製香師傅為核心討論製香產業的發展脈絡與轉變;其三,藉由訪談製香師傅,更加深入挖掘製香業特殊的信仰和祭祀方式,並瞭解臺灣信仰及風俗文化轉變的情形。 透過本研究,研究者發現伴隨著社會觀念轉變,香藝在傳承上也漸漸轉型,除了過去專用於祭祀神明的香品外,製香師傅也開始研發薰陶身心、淨化空氣的微盤香,使市場更加開闊。香品,不再是專屬於神明的祭祀物,在文化內涵上更像是引導人們淨化心靈、提升自我、修身養性之物。Religion has always been a part of culture, different religious are reflected the different way that people treat to ghosts and gods. Incense play an important role in Chinese religion culture. However, globalization, industrialization, and the concept of environmental protection are changing traditional culture including the incense culture and the government is still not pay attention for it. That is the reason why I start this study. Through the incense master , we can clearly understand how they learn about making beautiful incenses. Their experience can conflict the incense industry’s status and change. Incense masters life stories also a mirror to reflect Taiwan’s religion, customs and culture. There are three parts of this study. Frist, understanding the learning process of the incense masters. Second, treat incense masters as a core to development and discuss the transformation of incense industry.
