Once they are properly stored, anyone with a personal computer and a right to have an access can manipulate them anyway one wants. The main gateway if the so called "Information Superhighway" and a package of compatible software. Once library is encompassed in this new environment, it must be adaptable to its new surroundings in order to survive. A model of such a library is called "Virtual Library".
