田秀蘭TIEN, HSIU-LAN林育芳LIN, YU-FANG2019-08-282019-07-162019-08-282019http://etds.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/cgi-bin/gs32/gsweb.cgi?o=dstdcdr&s=id=%22G060401065E%22.&%22.id.&http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/90606本研究之主要目的在探討大專院校學生人格特質與生涯調適力之關係,並以生涯因應策略四個向度,「自我解決 – 問題導向因應」、「尋求外在支持 – 問題導向因應」、「正向情緒導向因應」與「負向情緒導向因應」為中介變項,了解其中介效果。以545位大學一年級到博士班學生(男生185名,女生360名)為研究對象。採用「人格特質量表」、「生涯因應策略量表」、「生涯調適力量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查。並以Pearson積差相關分析、單因子多變項變異數分析以及拔靴法等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究主要發現: 一、不同性別及不同就讀科系類群在人格特質分量表、生涯因應策略總量表及分量表以及生涯調適力總量表及分量表皆未達顯著差異。 二、不同年級及不同家庭社經地位在生涯調適力以及生涯因應策略上有顯著差異。 三、人格特質、生涯因應策略與生涯調適力之間有顯著相關 四、外向性及神經質會藉由「自我解決 – 問題導向因應」、「正向情緒導向因應」、「負向情緒導向因應」達到完全中介的效果進一步影響到大專院校學生的生涯調適力;而開放性、嚴謹性和親和性人格特質,則會透過「自我解決 – 問題導向因應」、「正向情緒導向因應」達到部份中介效果,進一步影響到大專院校學生的生涯調適力。The Relationship Between Personality traits and Career adaptability of college students: The Mediating Effect of Career coping strategies. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between personality traits and career adaptability in colleges and universities, and to use career orientation strategies in four dimensions.The study took 545 college students to the doctoral class (185 boys and 360 girls). Questionnaires were conducted using the Personality Quality Chart, the Career Response Strategy Scale, and the Career Adjustment Power Chart as research tools. Data analysis was carried out by Pearson's product-related correlation analysis, single-factor multivariate analysis of variance and shoe-picking methods. The main findings of this study are: 1. There are no significant differences in personality traits, career response metrics and subscales, and career adjustments and subscales for different genders and different majors. Second, different grades and different family socioeconomic status have significant differences in career adaptability and career response strategies. Third, there is a significant correlation between personality traits, career response strategies and career adjustment. 4.
