郭靜姿Ching-Chih Kuo2019-08-122019-08-122014-09-??http://rportal.lib.ntnu.edu.tw:80/handle/20.500.12235/81678協助每一位具有潛能的學生充分發展才能,以能在進入社會後於職場表現優異並非易事,在資優教育群體中,弱勢群體資優學生可能基於種種不利因素而影響其才能發展,因此他們的身心發展狀況更受到教育人員重視。國教階段以後未在學、未就業的學生,更因失去了學校的輔導資源,在面臨各種學習與生涯抉擇問題時,少掉種種助力,他/她們需要更多社會機構、大學及家庭的協助。筆者自2012年開始利用假日時間提供輕度自閉症青年支持系統,以協助減低適應困難及親子磨擦等問題,本文乃就輔導概況提出報告。It is not always easy to help each student achieve at their highest potential and perform outstanding at work after graduation. Among the gifted and talented population, those disadvantaged individuals are hindered in their talent development because of lacking social support; consequently, greater emphasis to their physical and mental development are often given from educators. Nevertheless, those students neither in school nor working face big challenges when learning and selecting a career because of insufficient school-based consultation service and resources. They need more attention and support from social institution, university, and family; the more they get it, the higher potential they will realize.
