By using stratified cluster sampling method, the respondents were selected from 7-9 grade students of a junior high school in Changhua County in 2007school year. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. Totally, 322 valid questionnaire (98.2% response rate) were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, Regression and Hotelling T². The main findings of the study were as follows: 1. Around half of the respondents showed the positive behavioral intention for having enough sleep in the next two months. 2. The attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control could effectively explain 40.3% of variance of intention of having enough sleep. Perceived behavioral control was the most important factor of behavioral intention. 3. The attitude towards having enough sleep was significant positively related to the sum of product of behavioral beliefs multiplied by evaluations of outcomes. Also, the subjective norm towards having enough sleep was significant positively related to the sum of product of normative beliefs multiplied by motivations to comply. The perceived behavior control towards having enough sleep was significant positively related to the sum of product of controll beliefs multiplied by power. 4. There were significant differences in behavioral beliefs, evaluations of outcomes, normative beliefs, motivations to comply, control beliefs and power between subjects with and without the intention of having enough sleep.國中學生充足睡眠行為意圖計畫行為理論Junior high school studentshaving enough sleepbehavioral intentionTheory of Planned Behavior彰化縣某國中學生執行充足睡眠行為意圖研究---計畫行為理論之應用The Intention of Having Enough Sleep Among the Junior High School Students in Changhua County,Taiwan
