dc.description.abstract | 臺灣正值面對高齡化社會的危機,退休人口逐年增加,退休後不再有固定工作收入,工作期間參加勞保,累積勞保年資,當離開職場退保後所申請勞保老年給付將是一個最基本保障,如能了解老年給付領取相關規定,在最佳時機適時提出申請,獲得最大保障,對未來退休經濟的保障,是勞保被保險人自身可以掌握。有鑒於此,本研究經由對勞保老年給付請領規定,蒐集相關法律規定,拆解、歸納、分類,從請領條件、請領資格、計算標準到申請、核發的領取方式之法令規定做了歸納陳明,再結合個人在勞工保險局多年工作經驗及個案,加上主管機關資深從業人員訪談內容,瞭解老年給付的起源丶法規修訂和爭訟案例整理與分析,整理出研究結果與建議,提供民眾了解勞保老年給付制度之機會,以維護自身權益。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Taiwan is now facing the crisis of population aging, and the increased number of retired population year by year. After retirement, people will no longer receive stable income, the old-age pension payment from labor fund, which they applied during their employment, has become the basic guarantee of their income. Therefore, it can be critical to understand the rule and practice of old-age benefit as well as the right approach and timing in order to maximize their rights and benefits. With the aim, this research will provide the origins of old-age benefit payment system, regulation amendment, summary and analysis of lawsuits, which will be based on the old-benefit pension payment regulations, include collecting, analyzing, summarizing, and classifying related laws and policies, and summarize applicants’requirement and qualifications, application’s calculation standard and issuance. In order to provide a comprehensive study and suggestion, I will use my own work experiences in the Bureau of Labor Funds, case studies, qualitative interview of senior staffs from competent authorities, therefore, people can understand the system, and claim their rights. | en_US |
