Abstract

本研究旨在探討國中生參與「全國童軍大露營」活動後,於人際關係能力是否產生顯著變化,並進一步分析性別、年級、童軍年資與所屬團類別等背景變項對活動成效之影響。研究對象為參加2024年第12次全國童軍大露營之臺北市團90位國中學生,採用「中學生人際關係量表」進行前後測,涵蓋人際支持、人際認知、人際需求、人際互動與人際困擾五個構面。資料分析採成對樣本t檢定、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數分析。研究結果顯示:活動後,在人際支持、人際認知、人際需求與人際互動四構面及總分上均有顯著提升,證實童軍大露營對人際能力具正向效果。儘管人際困擾未達顯著差異,惟整體結果支持冒險教育與經驗學習理論之原則。研究亦具實務應用價值,提供日後童軍課程與團體活動設計之參考依據。
This study aims to examine whether junior high school students experiencesignificant improvements in interpersonal relationship skills after participating in the 2024 National Scout Jamboree in Taiwan. It also investigates how variables such as gender, grade level, Scouting experience, and troop type influence the effectiveness of the event. The participants were 90 junior high school students from Taipei Scout Troops. The study used the Interpersonal Relationship Scale for Adolescents, including five dimensions: interpersonal support, cognition, needs, interaction, and distress. Pre- and post-tests were conducted, with data analyzed using paired-sample t-tests, independent-sample t-tests, and one-way ANOVA. Results indicated significant improvements in four dimensions—support, cognition, needs, and interaction—as well as in total scores, suggesting the Jamboree had a positive impact on students’ interpersonal development. Although interpersonal distress showed a slight increase, it was not statistically significant. The findings support principles of adventure education and experiential learning, and offer practical insights for future Scout education and group activity planning.
