Abstract
這商業企劃是以商業模式結合商品服務,跟資產管理為主。這份企劃書開始是商業發想,基礎是結合個人背景和商業課堂知識來研究探討相關文獻來規劃一個結合科技的商業管理模式來經營“全齡化輕健身空間/LOHAS HUB“的整體商業企劃書。這部分有包括商業模式的文獻調查,健身市場的文獻分析調查,還有研究達到可複製性的營運必須要件,再依據調查訊息運用商業思考工具制定計劃。最後是以不同消費者特性來探討不同消費者對健身空間的需求並進一部來討論研究是否符合企劃書所要提供之服務和產品。此部分是運用數位工具Google表單來建構問卷執行的調查。探討不同背景變項對健身需求、目標需求和服務需求之間的相關性,以作為商業規劃基礎科學佐證。問卷設計是用李克特式五點量表來進行,調查消費者對各個需求的重要性分析。評估方法為非常不重要1,2,3,4,5,依序到5為非常重要,共5種計分方式。最後得到的數據再用IBM SPSS23.0軟體做統計分析,再進而做描述性統計。問卷調查分析是企劃中期提出調查,是希望可以得到更多的參考資料。大部分的分析結果和LOHAS HUB設想大同小異但還是有幾項設定和想提供的服務有比較大的差異。問卷一共發放404份,有效問卷404份,0無效問卷,問卷回收率為100% 問卷研究分為三大類健身需求,目標需求,和服務需求和基本資料做分析。研究企劃中所提出的要點是否被消費者認同。在企劃主要提出其中一項服務在健身需求下,是否覺得提供簡易臨時工作/開會空間的需求是重要性的。其回覆的平均值為2.948,顯現這項目並不是大家都很關心的。這是其中一個分析結果,其它還有依據不同年齡,性別,收入和教育程度的細節分析,有些在誤差值上比較有不同程度的差異但總體來説都在可接受範圍。這些結果給了很多新的規劃方向和討論空間。
This business plan combines product services and asset management, based on personal experience and business knowledge, to design a tech-driven management model for"LOHAS HUB: Fitness Space for All Ages." The plan includes a literature review of business models, fitness market analysis, and the key elements for scalable operations, using business planning tools to develop strategies. The plan also examines different consumer characteristics to assess whether the proposed services meet their needs. A survey was conducted using Google Forms, analyzing fitness, target, and service demands through a Likert five-point scale. Data was analyzed using IBM SPSS 23.0. The survey aimed to gather more insights. Out of 404 distributed questionnaires, all were valid, yielding a 100% response rate. The survey revealed that the average importance of providing temporary workspaces in the fitness center was rated 2.948, showing it was not a major concern for respondents. Other analyses by age, gender, income, and education provided further insights, guiding new planning directions.
