Abstract

隨著教育改革浪潮的推進,有關教師專業社會化的研究,過去較側重「實 習教師」專業社會化的探究,漸漸地,「初任教師」專業社會化的研究,也越 來越受重視;本計畫以「國小初任教師專業社會化的影響因素」為題,正可回 應這股研究風潮。本研究的重點,旨在探討初任教師專業社會化的影響因素; 採立意取樣法,並以個別深度訪談及焦點團體座談兩種策略,蒐集質性研究資 料,俾便進行分析。在個別深度訪談部分,擬從台北縣及台北市之公立國小 各選取兩所,每一所學校訪談3 位初任教師、1 位校長、3 位主任或組長、3 位教師同儕或良師,以及3 位學生家長,共計13 位,四校合計共52 位受訪者。 在焦點團體座談部分,擬邀請原初的52 位受訪者參與,在四所國小各舉辦一 個場次,共計四場次。希望透過本計畫的執行,能讓初任教師的專業社會化階 段或歷程,受到應有的、充分的關切;同時,當研究成果發表之後,也有助於 改善初任教師的專業表現及教育效能,連帶地,亦有助於落實「良師興國」的 理想。
In the past, the researchers of sociology of education valued the studies on the professional socialization of ‘student teachers’, but now they value the studies on the professional socialization of ‘beginning teachers’more and more. So this research project will focus on the professional socialization of ‘beginning teachers’. It was designed to explore the influential factors on the professional socialization of beginning teachers. The strategy of sampling is the purposeful sampling. The techniques of collecting the research data and eliciting the research insights will include in-depth interview and focus-group interview. It will collect qualitative data from 4 public elementary schools around Taipei County and City. The respondents will include 12 beginning teachers, 4 principals, 12 school administrators, 12 peer teachers or mentors, and 12 parents. It is expected that the implementation of this research project will enhance the visibility and contribution of the studies on the professional socialization of beginning teachers, and the presentation of research outcome will be helpful to improve the professional performance and educational effectiveness of beginning teachers.
