沙丘性海岸環境資源保育與劣化土地復育研究---以宜蘭海岸為例---宜蘭縣民眾參與海岸環境的保育及管理之探討(III)

Abstract

本研究將探討宜蘭縣民眾參與海岸環境的保育及管理，並進行當地社區永續發 展的策略規劃。在研究方法上，首先將應用模糊德爾菲法專家問卷方式，研擬海岸 環境永續發展指標，包括環境生態、經濟生產、社會文化等三大面向，之後再以以 層級分析法進行指標的權重計算，找出海岸環境保育管理的最重要因素，並進行社 區永續發展的成效評估，最後再據此研擬民眾參與海岸環境保育管理的策略規劃。

This research would be conducted to understand public participation in conservation and management of coast environment in the I-Lan County. We would also study the strategic planning for sustainable development in local communities. In the methodology, we will firstly provide sustainable development indicators of coastal environment based on the Fuzzy Delphi Method of expert questionnaire. These indicators contain three dimensions including environmental ecology, economic production, and social culture. Therefore, we will apply Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to calculate the indicator weighting in order to find the important factors for conservation and management of coastal environment. We will also continue to evaluate the efficiencies of sustainable development in local communities. Finally, based on the important indicators, we will provide some strategies for public participation in conservation and management of coastal environment.
