Abstract

本研究係以敘事研究法(narrative research)輔以參與觀察研究法,針對國內經營地方文物館非常成功的吳傳治先生進行為期兩年半的調查研究,試圖透過分析他所經營的兩個重要場館,瞭解吳傳治使用了哪些獨特的概念與操作方式,讓文物展示的場館活化起來,並且找到文化與商業之間的平衡。結果發現,吳傳治成功地結合展示與商業要素,並設計參觀者的「人—境互動行為」,讓這些因素共同塑造出一個擬真的展示空間,從而達到感動人心的效果,而他在概念層次的創意,則使得他所經營的場館卓然出眾。吳傳治的相關經驗,應可供國內博物館營運人員參考。
This study utilized narrative and participatory observation research methods to investigate two local history museums, managed by Mr. Wu Chuan-Chih for two and half years. The purpose of this study was to learn the unique concepts and techniques that Wu has used to activate object displays and to reach a balance between culture and commerce. The results suggest that Wu successfully combines exhibition and commercial elements, and creates a “human-situation interaction’’ for visitors. A fictitious exhibition, shaped according to these factors, had an inspiring effect, and his creative concepts have led to the outstanding performance of the two museums under his supervision. Wu’s experience provides an excellent example for managers of domestic museums.
