Abstract
本年度目標: (1)調查森林步道與社區產業及生態旅遊之關連 a.瞭解社區產業對森林步道的依賴度 b.分析社區居民參與生態旅遊的情況 c.探討森林步道災害對社區產業及生態旅遊之衝擊 (2)分析自導式森林步道的使用成效 a.擬定自導式森林步道的評估指標 b.瞭解使用者對自導式森林步道的評價與滿意度 c.提出自導式森林步道的永續經營策略 (3)協助當地社區參與森林步道的環境治理 a.進行環境治理的文獻整理與內容分析 b.瞭解社區幹部參與森林步道環境治理的認知與態度 c.推動社區參與森林步道環境治理的行動研究 (1)協助5個社區參與森林步道的環境治理。 (2)發表2篇森林步道學術期刊論文。 (3)參加2次學術研討會並發表專題論文。 (4)培育2位碩士班及1位博士班學生。 (5)提供林務局未來繼續推行社區林業計畫之參考。
Objectives: 1. Understanding relationship between public and forested trails, and studying public intention to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 2. Analyzing the opportunities and challenges about public participation in environmental governance of forested trails. 3. Cooperating communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails and to develop ecological tourism. Items of important works 1. Investigating the relationship among forested trails, community industry, and ecotourism. 2. Studying tourists’ utilization and satisfaction about self-guide forested trails. 3. Providing sustainable management strategies for self-guide forested trails. 4. Studying content analysis about environmental governance of forested trails. 5. Cooperating local communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 6. Cooperating local communities to plan ecological tourism of forested trails. Expected benefits 1. Encouraging communities to participate in environmental governance of forested trails. 2. Publishing academic papers about forested trails and training graduate students.3. Providing suggestions to Taiwan Forestry Bureau for implementing community forestry in the future.
