真食物飲食介入對腸道健康影響之個案研究

Abstract

腸道健康攸關整體健康,免疫平衡關鍵為腸道菌相平衡,飲食是影響菌相第一要素,食品添加劑破壞腸道平衡。腸道菌相可在一天內迅速變化,食物好壞腸道菌立可辨識且由腸腦菌軸管道回應全身系統。本研究採個案研究法,發現真食物飲食介入對腸道與整體健康影響快速有效,只要連續五天三餐攝取真食物飲食、避開添加劑食物,並每餐攝取膳食纖維,即可感受腸道與全身問題改善之效;二位參與者在腸道病症改善均為100%,全身病症改善各為100%與77.8%。迅速改善可能之因有下:真食物力量、飲食干預力量、腸腦菌軸力量、食品添加劑退出餐桌力量。本研究建議,健康飲食不必刻意模仿地中海飲食,不必花費高額成本,只要選擇真食物飲食、三餐都有膳食纖維,拒絕食品添加劑加工品,就有機會改善腸道健康,繼而擁有整體健康。
Intestinal health plays an important role in overall wellbeing, and bacteriophage balance is a key factor in maintaining the immune system. Evidence shows that diet is the essential behavioral factor that affects bacteriophages, whereas food additives can disrupt intestinal balance. Intestinal bacteriophages can change rapidly within a day, and intestinal bacteria can immediately respond to the body system via the gut–brain- microbiota axis. This study found that a real food diet is a feasible and rapid way to improve overall health within five days. The participants who ate real food(i.e. increased intake of dietary fiber and avoided food additives) three meals a day for five days showed an improvement in intestinal and body diseases. The intestinal diseases of two participants improved 100%, whereas the improvement of body diseases for participants A and B were 100% and 77.8%, respectively. This rapid improvement can be explained by the power of a real food dietary intervention and the gut-brain-microbiota axis, and the elimination of food additives. This study suggests that a healthy diet may not be limited to a Mediterranean diet or expensive foods. On the contrary, choosing a real food diet, eating dietary fiber at all three meals, and refusing processed foods can improve and maintain intestinal health, and contribute to overall health.
