Abstract

由於傳播科技的影響,使得課程改革與教學科技的運用關係更為密切。本文從終身學習的觀點,首先說明終身學習素養的培養和教學科技運用有工具性的關係。其次從終身學習的機制探討,提出遠距教育利用科技提升終身學習機會,也因而促成高等教育課程改革。最後以高等教育的回流教育為例,強調在課程設計中改變評量的概念是相當重要的,並提出以電子學習歷程檔案,累積個人學習成果、溝通個人學習狀況,藉以獲得估人學習成就的認可。總之,在全球一窩蜂的發網際網路作為終身學習的媒介之際,課程的改革和教學科技相輔相成是非常重要的。
Due to the progress of the technology, the relationship between the curriculum innovation and the instructional technology becomes more significant. From the perspectives of lifelong learning, this paper firstly explores the relation between the improvement of the lifelong learning literacy and the application of the instructional technology. Secondly, this paper argues that the technology increases the opportunities for lifelong learning in higher education by the provision of distance education, which stimulates the curriculum innovation in higher education. Finally, this paper suggests the usage of the electronic portfolio as a strategy to enhance the integration of the instructional technology and the curriculum innovation.
